Bachelor of Business (Supply Chain Management)

This program gives you the very latest skills and knowledge in one of the fastest growing areas of business management in Australia and around the world, with a focus on services.

Supply Chain Management is a way to ensure companies are able to reliably meet customer orders if they are operating large businesses and in many locations. Take supermarkets; without a supply chain strategy there would be no guarantee their shelves would be fully stocked every day. Similar supply chain concepts are now increasingly being implemented in service industries, such as health care, retailing, and tourism.

You will gain skills in efficient management of products and services all the way along the supply chain/network, from the point of origin or service design to the product arriving in a customer’s hands or the service being consumed by the customer. You are taught skills in the context of up-to-date models of global (service) operations and quality management. You will drill down into supply chain strategy and design, cover sustainability, managing supply chain risk and examine innovative decision making practices.
