Program overview

The Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business is a combined program that enables you to undertake studies in both arts and business, choosing courses that interest you, and combining complementary areas of study.

For example, you could major in Italian, while completing a minor in international business; or study a minor in information and communications technology, with a major in e-media design.

You will earn two degrees in a shorter amount of time than if you were to study the programs separately, and will receive two testamurs (degree certificates) on completion.

Program requirements and notes

  1. Required introductory courses may count towards some majors and minors.
  2. No courses may be counted towards more than one major or minor within each faculty.
  3. A maximum of five introductory level courses can be included in the 15 Arts and Social Sciences courses in a combined program. Two additional introductory level language courses can be included to bring the total of the introductory Arts and Social Sciences courses in a combined degree to seven introductory level courses.
  4. An introductory level course has a number less than 200 in its course code. An advanced level course has a number greater than 200 and less than 400 in its course code.
