This course will equip you to assess and treat paediatric clients in collaboration with other health professionals in a safe, effective, and evidence-based manner across musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory domains. You will be introduced to the typical stages of development and growth from infancy to maturity as well as the clinical presentation and management of common congenital and acquired conditions in paediatric populations. Physiotherapy assessments and treatments will be research informed and based on a family-centred and interprofessional model of care.
