This course will equip you to assess and treat clients who are aging or have a disability in a safe, effective, and evidence-based manner within a rehabilitation and community context. You will apply knowledge and skills to assist clients to manage chronic health conditions and disability, and to maximise their health, functional independence, and quality of life. You will also extend your understanding and skills in working with clients, carers and other health professionals to optimise client care, and to prevent injury, illness, disease, and/or exacerbations.
