MarketingMajorMinorSpecialisation

In the Marketing major, you’ll learn how marketing connects organisations to their consumers, and how to develop and implement competitive marketing strategies.

Marketing plays an important role in society, both in public and private sectors. During your studies, you will delve into the mind of the consumer and apply elements of psychology and social anthropology to understand decision-making behaviours.

You will discover how marketing extends beyond material items and utilise it as a strategic tool to inspire positive social change in individuals and communities. USC is one of the only universities to offer social marketing, an essential skill that will help you stand out in an expanding global industry.

Explore the full range of Business majors and minors.

This major can be selected in the Bachelor of Business, and its associated double degrees, and the Bachelor of Sports Studies.

Meet Cat Kitney, Bachelor of Business graduate, Head of Community at Young Change Agents, a not-for-profit social enterprise that helps young people develop enterprise skills.
