In the search for international competitiveness, management skills and vision are vital to the success of any organisation.
In this program you examine several key themes reflecting the challenges facing practising managers. These include: leadership, change, strategy, globalisation, human resource management, ethics and social responsibility, and small business management. You learn to establish good working environments that allow staff to develop and work effectively, understand organisational change, critically assess management ideas, and combine management and technical skills. Specialised studies include project management, cross-cultural management and leadership and team dynamics.

In order to graduate you must:
- Complete a minimum of 24 courses including all core and required courses listed below, and electives.
- (Optional) Use electives to complete a minor to supplement the required major.
