Postgraduate programs

The University of the Sunshine Coast's faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, Business, and Science, Health and Education, have around 50 postgraduate degrees on offer.

Who is eligible for postgraduate study?

To gain entry to most postgraduate programs, you must hold a bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.

The Deans of each faculty may consider entry by non-graduates who have extensive relevant industry experience, on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on your choice of program, there can be several requirements that you must meet to be eligible for admission. Some postgraduate programs require your undergraduate study to be in the same discipline, while others expect your previous study to be in a different area.

Some programs have prerequisites or require a specific GPA to gain entry, while others may require documented work experience, expect you to sit an admissions test, or attend an interview. Specific admission requirements are listed for each program (where relevant).
