Program overview

In the search for international competitiveness, management skills and vision are vital for the success of all organisations. The Bachelor of Business (Management) teaches managers to:

  • establish a good working environment that allows staff to develop and work effectively
  • understand organisational change
  • critically assess management ideas
  • combine management skills with 'technical' business competence in areas such as marketing, information systems, accounting or tourism
  • plan a career and what it takes to move ahead

The Management program is designed around several key themes reflecting the challenges facing practising managers. These themes include leadership, change, strategy, globalisation, human resource management, ethics and social responsibility, and small business management.

Students can apply to undertake first-year courses in this program at the USC Noosa Centre. Please note that the option to study at Noosa is not available to international students.
