Program overview

The Graduate Diploma in Information Systems is designed for graduates in areas other than computing who want to be fully qualified for a career in information systems. Graduates will have developed knowledge in the analysis, programming and management of information systems.

The Graduate Diploma builds on the Graduate Certificate in Information Systems. If you enrol in the Graduate Diploma you may exit after completing the first four courses with a Graduate Certificate allowing you to achieve a recognised qualification and, subject to certain time conditions, return to upgrade your qualification later.

Admission requirements

Students entering the Graduate Diploma in Information Systems will normally be required to have an undergraduate degree, in disciplines other than information systems and computing, from a recognised higher education institution. Basic computer skills are assumed.

The program is currently offered to Australian and New Zealand citizens, and Australian permanent residents.
