Program Overview
The Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) provides you with an understanding of how the human body works, and what happens when things go wrong, such as diseases, infections, and clinical disorders. The curriculum has been designed to allow study in areas such as biotechnology, medical microbiology and immunology nutrition, pharmacology, and physiology and anatomy.
Graduates have the scientific knowledge and skills for employment in applied biomedical industries and biomedical research. The program provides you with the appropriate education for entry into postgraduate medical courses.
