Recommended Enrolment Pattern for Students Commencing Semester 1, 2006

Notes
  1. Students must complete 1 introductory course from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and 1 introductory course from the Faculty of Science, Health and Education.
  2. Students may complete no more than 10 introductory level courses.
  3. The 4 electives may be any course from any faculty. It is recommended that electives be utilized to complete a minor in one of the areas listed.
  4. Entry to the Bachelor of Journalism will be confirmed in the second semester of full-time study or equivalent. Students are required to attend a selection interview and pass a written entry examination testing writing skills and knowledge of current affairs. Students not accepted to undertake a Bachelor of Journalism may be eligible to enter an alternative program such as the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Communication.
