Entry Requirements

Students entering the Graduate Diploma in Information Systems will normally be required to have an undergraduate degree, in disciplines other than information systems and computing, from a recognised higher education institution. Basic computer skills are assumed.
The program is currently offered to Australian and New Zealand citizens, and Australian permanent residents.

ICT511 Database Design
ICT520 Telecommunications and Networks
ICT521 Java Programming 1
ICT610 Object-oriented Analysis and Design
ICT611 Java Programming 2*
ICT620 Database Programming
ICT621 Architecture and Systems Integration

Program Requirements

Students are required to successfully complete 8 courses as specified in the Graduate Diploma in Information Systems program structure. Refer to the Academic Rules for further information.

Notes

* Not available until 2005; INF311 Advanced Business Programming will be offered in 2004.
