This course aims to extend foundational knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate midwifery care for women with co-morbidities, or experiencing complexities across the childbearing continuum. Clinical skills essential for caring for women with complex needs, will be explored prior to undertaking clinical experience (120 hours). In addition, you will work towards meeting the required midwifery practice experiences for the program. You will critically reflect on your clinical practice and your Continuity of Care experiences (CONNECT).
