LAW321 Evidence

This course offers a comprehensive study of the principles and rules governing the admissibility and presentation of evidence in legal proceedings. Topics include burdens and standards of proof, relevance, admissibility, judicial discretion, and rules regarding oral, documentary, and real evidence, as well as exceptions such as privileged communication, hearsay, and character evidence.
