Dr John Whiteoak has more than 20 years of experience working with many well-known organisations as a management consultant and workplace trainer. He is a recognised expert in employee engagement, safety, staff burnout, morale, team dynamics and leadership. He has also developed and delivered practical training for hundreds of frontline supervisors in many industries that include government, construction, mining, retail, insurance, education and transport.

In his capacity as a Management Lecturer in Leadership, Human Resources, Strategy and Organisational Behaviour, John teaches Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Executive MBA students at USC. He has also lectured in MBA and professional development programs at QUT, Otago University, Griffith University and Zayed University (in the UAE).
