Staff
Follow these steps when engaging a contractor or volunteer to work at or for UniSC.
- Refer to the contractor management guidelines for definitions and key information
- Complete the contact person checklist (PDF 146KB)
- Provide contractors with a copy of the Contractor Safety Induction Guide (PDF 429KB)
- Ensure contactors have completed compulsory training
- Refer to contact person frequently asked questions
Contractors and volunteers
All contractors (including any subcontractors or labour hire personnel) and volunteers must complete these steps before commencing work at or for UniSC.
- Complete compulsory online safety training modules (using Sine).
- Register first
- Download the Sine Pro App (available through the App Store and Google Play)
- Contact sine@usc.edu.au if you encounter any difficulties
- Complete the contractor checklist (PDF 126KB)
- Return the completed checklist and any information/documents requested to your UniSC contact person.

Contractors and volunteers cannot commence work or activities until they have successfully completed the training.
