Project: Building J Second Lift Feasibility Report
Project Description:
UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to undertake a feasibility study for the addition of a second lift for Building J on the Sippy Downs Campus.
UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender (RFT) are as follows:
- Delivery of a feasibility study to provide information needed to make an informed decision regarding a second lift and will consider the likely costs and preferred site for a future lift. This will allow consideration in the Five-Year Capital Program associated with our annual Strategic Asset Management Plan.

Project: K'gari Research Station On-site Caretaking and Letting
Project Description:
UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract for the on-site Caretaking and Letting services and management of the K’gari Research Station for UniSC.
UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender (RFT) are:
- Fulfillment of the Caretaking and Letting Services as specified in the K'gari Research Station Caretaking and Letting Agreement and the K'gari Research Station Procedures Manual.
