# Mixed seating styles

Tutorial rooms are set up in a classroom or work group formation (desks and chairs). The client is responsible for returning the room to its previous layout on completion of hire. Use of the in-room smart technology is included in hire cost. IT support and set-up is an additional cost.

The Rise

The Rise can accommodate up to 350 people. It has an 8m by 4.5m LCD screen with PC for content and streaming available which can also be connected simultaneously to presentations in the Auditorium, increasing your content sharing capacity to more than 1,000 guests at once.

The Auditorium

The theatre-style Auditorium has fixed seating for 300 guests and includes full multi-media digital facilities. The flat floor space can seat an additional 160 guests, with a total capacity of 460. There is a moveable wall which can divide the space in two, allowing the room to be used simultaneously by two groups. The Auditorium is zoom-capable and equipped with a PTZ camera, laser projector, handheld and lapel microphones, and two lecterns with Wacom.

The Auditorium foyer

The Auditorium foyer is ideal for a variety of events because it connects with the outdoor covered terrace and Concourse.

The Concourse

The Concourse can accommodate 450 guests and is perfect for outdoor events because it is fully undercover and can be used year round.

Rooftop terrace

There is a large collaborative room located on the second floor which flows out onto the Rooftop Terrace and is ideal as a breakout area for corporate functions. The Terrace is available for hire during vacation periods and outside of teaching hours.

Equipment

All UniSC Moreton Bay rooms have air conditioning with state-of-the-art technology. Many of the rooms for hire include the following:

  • Main display Dell touch screens
  • PC
  • Airmedia
  • USB connection for touch
  • Wacom
  • Handheld and lapel microphones
  • Video conferencing capabilities
  • Creston touch panel digital and audio system and lighting pre-sets.
