Terminology
An undergraduate program is a bachelor degree or honours program studied at university (example: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business). It is generally the first degree studied before moving on to a postgraduate qualification.
A course is a component of a program (ie a subject taken as part of the degree).
