Chloe joins the Thompson Institute as Interim General Manager and while new to the mental health research space, Chloe has worked in a variety of administrative and academic enabling roles at UniSC; most recently as a Senior Business Partner within the People and Culture portfolio and as the Project Manager of the Research Data Management and Support Services Project within the Insights and Analytics Unit. Prior to commencing at UniSC, Chloe worked in a variety of human resources and staff and stakeholder liaison positions at the Queensland Department of Education, Hamilton Island Enterprises, and Australia Zoo.
With an undergraduate degree in creative industries, postgraduate qualifications in teaching and business administration and a Master of Management; Chloe enjoys bringing a creative problem-solving lens to modern workplace and business issues with a focus on people impact and engagement. Chloe is passionate about education and research and is looking forward to once again working in a mission and vision-based environment where she can contribute to a team focused on making a difference to vulnerable people and regional communities.
