Common solutions for browser issues
<p>Try these common solutions for browser issues. If one step doesn't work, move onto the next.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Refresh</strong> the page (F5 on the keyboard)</li>
<li>Use a <strong>different browser</strong> to access the resource</li>
<li>Clear your <strong>cache and cookies</strong>. Learn how to do this by Googling, 'clear cache' with your chosen browser e.g. 'Clear cache chrome'.</li>
<li><strong>Restart</strong> your device</li>
</ol>

My UniSC login and password are not accepted
<p>If you have any questions about your UniSC network login and password, contact the <a href="/current-students/student-support/it-services/" title="Information technology">IT Service Desk</a>.</p>

I get an error message
<p>There may be a temporary problem with the Library databases.</p>

I get a message telling me I cannot connect at this time or connection refused, or there are too many concurrent users

I need another password
<p>Some databases require a database specific password.</p>
<p>Some databases require another password if you are accessing them off campus.</p>
<p>Check the information provided on the <a href="http://libguides.usc.edu.au/az.php" title="Databases">A-Z databases</a> page. This will tell you whether the database requires another password or if access is restricted to certain users.</p>

I cannot access the full article
<p>Some databases provide only an abstract or citation for an article. Many databases offer a link to the article in another database.</p>
<p>Check the information provided on the <a href="https://libguides.usc.edu.au/az.php" title="Databases">A-Z databases</a> page to see if the database you are using provides full-text.</p>
<p>If the database provides only an abstract or citation for a journal article, check <a href="https://usc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/jsearch?vid=61USC_INST:61USC" data-anchor="?institution=61USC&vid=61USC&query=facet_atoz%2cexact%2cA&indx=1&bulkSize=30&dym=false&loc=local%2cscope%3a(AZ61USC)&fn=goAlmaAz">Journals Titles</a> to find out if another database holds the journal you are looking for. Alternatively, you can check the <a href="https://usc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=61USC_INST:61USC&lang=en" data-anchor="?&mode=Advanced&vid=61USC&tab=usc_local_tab">Library Catalogue</a> to find out if that journal is held in print in the Library.</p>
