Deciding where to live while studying can be tricky. Your child may choose to live at home, or may be keen to fly the nest. While USC doesn't have any student residences or provide accommodation for students, there are many accommodation options nearby.
Student accommodation
Three privately–owned, fully–furnished student accommodation complexes are conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the USC Sunshine Coast campus. Public transport and the local shopping centre are within easy reach.

Rental accommodation
If your son or daughter would prefer to rent their own house, apartment, townhouse or flat they can find one through a real estate agent.

Transport
No car? No problem! There are public transport options, USC Express Shuttle, and walking and cycling paths options as well as free and paid car parking.
